Have you been spending weeks and months looking for your dream property? Now that you have found one, the next step is to make an offer to the agent or directly to the private vendor. However, have you ever wondered what the most appropriate way is?

There are a few options to make an offer. You can call the agent directly and through the conversation negotiate to a price that you are already prepared to offer. Or in a more formal way, you can put it into writing.

You only need to include essential information in the letter, or in a faster way, email. For your convenience, here we have made an email template that you can use to make an offer on a property you are interested in buying.
