Included is a double-door fridge/freezer, large washing machine, kitchen facilities, laundry, balcony with laundry hanging space, storeroom, dining table and chairs, all to share with one semi-retired gent (he is the owner and occupies the other bedroom/bathroom). Small pets (a small bird or three, guinea pigs, aquarium) are possible, but no dogs or cats.
